The Technical Chamber of Youths of the Pará Forum on Climate Change and Adaptation is a space for the civic participation of youth, created through the political actions of the COJOVEM Institute. Its goal is to ensure that youth have a voice in public policies related to climate in the State of Pará, through a coalition that includes indigenous, quilombola, extractivist youth, and residents of peripheral areas of urban Amazonia.

This coalition is formed by various organizations, including the Federation of Indigenous Peoples of the State of Pará (FEPIPA), the Coordination of the Associations of Communities of Remnant Quilombos of Pará (Malungu), the National Council of Extractivist Populations (CNS), the Federal Rural University of Amazonia (UFRA), Humana Povo para Povo, and other civil society institutions.

The COJOVEM Institute holds the executive director position of the technical chamber.
